***UPDATE*** 4-20-04 Just got the new front bumper off my friend's Civic and added pics of what real boost looks like! See his page at www.cardomain.com/id/dave0civic

***UPDATE*** 3-20-04 I got pictures of the the new headlights and taillights up. I also recently purchased some accel spark plug wires. It helped out a lot. I actually have top end power!

***UPDATE*** 3-12-04 The new headlights are in (Blue ion black housing) and look great. Didnt think the chromed out altezza's fit right so I took em off. However the stock ones didn't fit either, so I tinted the altezza's with model tint and they look kick ass. I'll get some pics up soon.

Just got my first ticket in the Civic. The cops in this town follow me like fat kids follow an ice cream truck. The cop pulls me over at about 10ish at night to inform me that I have a licsence plate light out however they are green (thats illegal so Im happy he didnt notice)
Then the other cop pulls up and realize it's the "Rice burner kid" (me)and tells the other cop to go ahead and cite me for loud exhaust too. Thats one to be proud of though whether you drive an import, a v8, or a big ol truck. I also just won a bid for Black housing Blue ion head lights so those will be up here soon!!

This is my 1998 Honda Civic EX I used to drive a 92 mazda protege. I was planning on driving it until i saved up enough for a civic si or an integra gsr. However the tirerods started going bad and rather than pay the thirty bucks to regrease the boots i decided to put it off...for a year. After going through new brakes, rotors, 2 serpentine belts, a battery, a fender, and 2 alternators the tire felt it was just too cool to hang out with me anymore and tried to fall off. Luckily i ended up with the civic before being killed in that damn car.

importdreamer's 1998 Honda Civic The first thing that had to go was the stock head unit. Luckily for me (not her) my sister crashed her cavieller and i got her headunit. Nothing fancy just a jensen cd player. Come to find out un-clipping the stock head unit kills your keyless entry and dome light. So i had to buy a clip to put the stock head unit in the glove compartment.

importdreamer's 1998 Honda Civic Here's the new headunit Pioneer 7500 MP. It's definately better than the Jensen I had before. The only bad thing is that the screen savers are kind of distracting.

importdreamer's 1998 Honda Civic Air to fuel and voltmeter gauges in dual dash pod. Soon to have pics of indiglo gauges.

importdreamer's 1998 Honda Civic

The painted doors. I used Krylon fusion paint and it turned out fine.

importdreamer's 1998 Honda Civic With the head unit came the subs. A nice set of Kenwood tornados powered by a Massive amp. I also added a Lightning Audio .5 farad capacitor. Alot of people say they are useless but they keep the drain off your battery pretty well. Most recently i added the 5.25 pioneers in the door from the protege.

importdreamer's 1998 Honda Civic Next was the Eurotails but they left after I grew up and realized that it looked like ass on a green car.

importdreamer's 1998 Honda Civic Even tinted it didn't look good enough.

importdreamer's 1998 Honda Civic Next came the Arospeed coilovers. They went on and the car went down. (you can see the sleeve up in the wheel well) After that came some 17 inch enkie 5+ rims.

Ladies and Gentlemen I now present the newly developed beer wing!!
Constructed completely out of 100% recycled cardboard and duct tape which ensures a the lightweight that you desire and since its made from beer cases it also gives you the look you want. This wing provides no downforce or functionality much like the other wings on the market but at a fraction of the cost!! So pick up a case of beer today and start building your own BEER WING.

importdreamer's 1998 Honda Civic Since I saved so much money on my wing I went out and bought new struts from KYB and Sprint Racing Camber kits. The combination of KYB struts and Arospeed coilovers works out pretty well, and the camber kits keep me from going through $200 tires once a month.

importdreamer's 1998 Honda Civic Here we have the center taillight mod. Don't waste your money on the sticker things they sell on ebay. If you're good enough with a exacto knife and happen to have a mac n' cheese box lying around you can make your own. The hardest part is getting the piece in between the light and the red glass.

importdreamer's 1998 Honda Civic The new grilles are nice. The upper one is the Si style grille, and the lower one is made out of gutter guard stuff, but those are gone now in exchange for this....

importdreamer's 1998 Honda Civic

Tsunami front bumper. It was on my friends car which happens to be painted the same color.

importdreamer's 1998 Honda Civic

(His car is the one on the left) He said it would fit cause he's got a little too much stuff in the way now...importdreamer's 1998 Honda Civic
importdreamer's 1998 Honda Civic Yeah I guess you got to sacrifice looks for speed. He just cut the stock bumper to fit the intercooler so it looks sleeper as shit.
importdreamer's 1998 Honda Civic Here's a pic of our cars in the pre-turbo era he still had my bumper and he was still slow.
importdreamer's 1998 Honda Civic Here's one of the new pics in the post-turbo era I have his bumper and he blows my doors off.

importdreamer's 1998 Honda Civic

Thats the turbo civic'c headlights. Halo projectors they look mean as hell when they come creep up on ya at night. If you look really closely you can see his intercooler. UPDATE....UNFORTUNATLY THE GREEN TURBO WAS CRASHED AND MY TSUNAMI BUMPER SOLD GOING FOR CLEAN NOT RICE.

importdreamer's 1998 Honda Civic
importdreamer's 1998 Honda Civic Here are the new headligts. They are blue ion black housing lamps from pro-carparts.com. With a name like blue ion you would think the lights would be blue right? No, they are in fact a strange ass yellow. importdreamer's 1998 Honda Civic

importdreamer's 1998 Honda Civic

The painted side skirts are kinda hard to see. I'll get a better pic up soon.

importdreamer's 1998 Honda Civic One day I leave to go to the mall. When I get back my muffler is lying on the ground. So.....

importdreamer's 1998 Honda Civic

I went out and bought this bad boy; Ractive fireball slant cut fart can. And of course I can't be like all the other ricers and hook this up to stock size pipe.

importdreamer's 1998 Honda Civic On went some 2.25 inch pipe from the cat back. They even took the little resistor pipe out of the flange, and we also got rid of the resonator. So it sounds nice and deep.

importdreamer's 1998 Honda Civic

And here we have the finished product. Also here is the only sticker you'll ever find on this car (lost..).
