I got tired of front wheel drive.... so I got this 85 Mk1 MR2. It need alot of work but you don't get a 24 year old car that doesn't.  I will be replacing almost everything in this car from the ground up.

One of the frist things I am going to do is swaping in a Blacktop 4age with a 6 speed tranny.  The new engine should put 140hp to the wheels, that much better then the 90hp I have now.   I am also going to replace most if not all of the suspention and the brakes.

When I first got the car. It needed a good wash and vac but it din't look that bad after I was done

Not much progress was made after I got the car.  I had to move it down to my grandpartents house because I had no place to work on it were I lived.  During this time I replaced the hood and fixed the fuel problem so I could start the car. There it sat for 4 months, waiting for me to get my act togeather.

On 10/11/08 I moved out of my parents house.  One of the best days of my life.  I moved into a house with a nice sized parking area, this would be my place to work on my 2

I moved my mr2 up to my new house and it sat in the lot out back for a few months as I got used to living on my own.  It was the middle of winter any way, so work was still slow.  During this time I bought a few interor parts that I needed to get mine back to stock.
