My 1990 Acura Legend coupe LS, this car is my daily driver and has been nothing but faithful, (for the most part :-( )  I apologize in advance for the crappy pic's, and I definitly WILL post new ones in the near future!!!

About the Legend:

      Of course this is common knowledge for any auto enthusiast, but for those of you who don't know, Acura is a Japanese name brand, connected with Honda, and was, and still is, used in the U.S., Mexico, and Hong Kong areas.  Acura has been making luxury cars since 1986, before then though most of Japanese imports were reliable if all else but not as luxurious, now I am definitly not dissing on old-school Honda's and Nissan's/ Datsun's, but none of them really were as "Mercedes Like" as Acura first introduced them outside of Japan. 

     Acura first released the Legend in 1986, back then though it was only available in a 4-door sedan body style.  They finally came out with a coupe body style in 1988, But all cars came with a 2.7L, 6- cylinder 24valve SOHC engine which put out about 161-171hp and came either with a 5-speed Standard trannsmission or a 4-speed Automatic with a performance "S" sport option ( sort of like tiptronic. )  Technology wise, the Acura Legend was spectacular, eventually earning several awards for features it had, for example, a front and rear double wish-bone suspension system, power everything, including heated mirrors, memory seats, and Bose sound system. 

       Like the infamous Integra, there are specific models, each with more features than the other: The "Standard" Legend, which was bone stock, cloth seats, basic interior, no bells and whistles, and the "L" option which offered slightly more options than the standard like leather power seats, and finally the infamous "LS", this featured everything that could have been available at the time. 

     My Legend is a LS model that you probably no-doubtedly noticed, But there are some options that have been put on that were definately "NOT" factory, heh heh.  Those "modifications" will be listed below, for now I think you want to see the car, so enjoy, and thank you for looking!!!
