Believe it or not,,,,I got this one for (almost) free. I was once a 'cable guy' in Denver and I ran across this car sitting under some old guy's carport. It was covered with so much junk that all I could see was one rear quarter panel and half a door. I asked him what his plans were for it and he told me he wanted to get rid of it so he could park his new Tempo under the carport. I offered to clean up his carport for it and he agreed. Took me a few saturday hours and a trip to the dump, but it was worth it. I primed the carb with gas,,,,,and it started right up. I used some elbow grease and some black spray paint to improve the appearance and ended up selling it for $1500. It had the 'houndstooth' vynle top that was too ragged to stay. I hand-peeled it all off and just spray painted over the glue. It looked like a vynle top from a distance. Oh yeah,,,I put sheepskin seat covers on too. This is the car I taught Rosie how to drive with.
