This is my 7 now cause I just got it. It is an 88" NT. Wish it was Turbo but it isn't so I gotta deal with it I guess. Thinking about doing an engine swap to a turbo or just buying the turbo kit. The only thing done to it right now is that it has dual Flowmasters with 2 1/2 inch pipe, and it is lowered 1 inch in the front and 1 1/2 in the rear.

dsm_420a's 1988 Mazda RX-7 This is what it looks like now. Not too fancy yet, but it will be soon enough.

dsm_420a's 1988 Mazda RX-7 This is the 1.3L engine. First thing to go will be that factory intake steup. Will be replaced with an HKS one instead.

dsm_420a's 1988 Mazda RX-7 And this last one is a picture of the rear. Those crappy black strips on the trunk gotta go. And don't worry that stupid sticker of Gordan's number is gone.

Hey please take a couple seconds to sign the guestbook and let me know what you think of the car.

nice fc i just have one comment, lose the flowmaster and go with a racing beat exhaust, it sounds so clean and really lets you hear your 13b and that sweet rotary whine. as far as looks go i would do interior first your exterior looks great vice the things you mentioned. oh well have a great day and if you want a look at my fc(looks like crap but its setup for drift) check out my "myspace account..look it up by email, bgreen@chase.uscg.mil
have a good one and again nice 7

Carissa, Dont do any body kits or the convertible will lose its charm. Leave it just the way it is. I have a 1988 RX7 Convertible.. I did some major interior work and also put some nice rims that are 18"x10" and my car looks fab. I created a page on this site but for some reason the pics dont display. So if can email me I can send you the pics.. You will like what I did with mine.. In fact mine has Lambo Doors that are only made for the convertible and they are completely bolt on which you can install yourself. Here is my email : zondervancycles@yahoo.com or you can call me directly at 786-286-3351 My name is Val
