First off ill tell you alittle about the condition i got the car in the car was baddly rusted on the rear quarters, the front bumper was in a hurt , the trans was dead after 2 road course events and the brakes were toast. Before that even the car had bad luck in the parking lot a walmart and wile i was shopping it got taken out by a van on the drivers rear quarter and pushed it into a truck screwing up the front pretty good on my car( thank goodness the bumper cover hides it well ). Apon going to collage for autobody i decided to make this my project to give it a new life.

hey man!!! i wouldnt get rid of the 3.4 either!! i also wouldnt remove the EGR, its there for a reason. technology is a good thing, remember? those are good sites the guy with the GTP suggested, but be careful what you buy. the harder your springs are in your rockers, the easier it is to burn lobes off of cams. ;) its all about reliable power to me. these motors kick ass though, my old car (91 buick regal) has a 3800 in it, it has ALOT of tq, but no high end power. plus its mainly a boat anchor. mine had ALOT more torque than the motor in my Lumina, but my lumina can squeal the tires. buick couldnt.

aye brah, dont drop a 3.8 in there. keep the LQ1!!! i know where you can get lots of parts for it!!! check these sites, you wont be disappointed. for a continued ignition upgrde you can get Taylor Spiro Pro series 8mm plug wires, and NGK Iridium IX plugs, get registered to www.60degreev6.com and when you do get ahold of a guy named GPChris ask him about a SS catless down pipe, i think he does it for 200 bucks. Now these other sites you see below, OEM can get you a set of custom headers for a naturally aspirated or if you choose a set for turbo. costing i believe 1,150 they have already in stock a catback exhaust at 2.5" or a full 3" SS, full RACE suspesion for the W-bodies from KONI, polyurethane dog bone bushing, strut tower bars EGR block off plates... Wot tech will get you a chip that will turn off the EGR supply you with valve springs valve shims ARP bolts lifters and a crank scraper. MAS FUERTE!!!! www.overkillengineeringmotorsports.com www.wot-tech.com
