they will forever back out a little bit and leak a little by the heatshield. The locking tabs prevent them from coming all the way out but it still leaks a little back there for me. I just get under and retighten them from time to time

hey man, there usually are small meets/install parties atleast every week somewhere. However there is a larger meet with a bunch of NE cars on Sept. 13th in Amesbury, MA. Do you go on SRTForums.com at all, register and check out the New England Section.
