Here is the most recent pics of the car. I just finished the brackets one side of the ground effects, and here they are as just a mock up on the car. *the bottom bracket that mounts to the rocker panel is not on yet as i am waiting to paint the car first.*

Previously, I was planning on swaping out my 2.5 TBI to a 2.5 TI. Recently, i have changed my mind and now the car will be getting a 16 valve, 2.2 TIII, making the car a 92 iroc r/t clone. just for fun i will try to get some iroc r/t twin cam badges just to finish it off.
This is the new rear end out of a 92 shelby special handling unit. it includes new front sport tuned springs and oversized rear discs. Out of the pic are the rest of the body parts like the side skirt body kit from an iroc r/t. With the oversized rear discs, i need some bigger wheels like the stock Ninjas that came on the iroc r/t's because the steelies that are on the car now will not clear the calipers.

This is the new front bumper from an IROC R/T. It looks beat in the picture but it is in very good shape. the only thing wrong with it is a dent on the left stripe, from leaning on something in the previous owner's shed. not a big deal though, it is easy to fix.

Just doing some welding of the floor plan along with the rocker planels. also got new rotors, struts, and painted calipers.

quick pic of the driver's side fender and front bumper off for body work. the new bumpers and ground effects are coming this weekend.

It is my first project car and here it is after a good cleaning. new paint, wheels, and body componets will follow shortly. In the future it will get a 2.5 turbo engine.

This is where I found this poor Daytona. picked it up for $300
