i have bought this 1988 vw transporter so a could get my dirt bike from track to track. But now the oilpump went out on it so I decided to re do the hole bus, and make a killer road trip bus that I can drive any wear with out any worrys of it breaking.I hope this page will help me keep the project going..

most of the rims now days is all made to order. you can just give them the bolt pattern and back spacing. i dont have spacers on my van. just gotta know the bolt pattern and back spacing. bolt pattern is 112m, back spacing is 4"3/4. The boyd coddingtons i have are called "Smoothies II" it is 18x7 all around. good luck on ur adventure!

hi there i left you a private message but i have Voxx 17 x 8 wheels that i paid about $550 for. They replaced my old TSW wheels which were out of production. The best combo package i think is the Porsche Turbo Twist but it may require some modifications to the vehicle. Beware of your sliding door clearance on any wheel package combo. Also rubbing in the wheel wheels is a critical factor as well. My personal message addresses some of these technical concerns
