I ordered Umnitza DDE Lightning Angel Eyes on 1-28-04 and the big install night was 2-10-04. Since I cleared my HIDs the same night, it was quite a long process (around 6 hours work!)
Step 1: Remove the headlight. Two bolts (or Torx) must be removed from the top of the light. When removing the headlight, pay close attention to the outer edge. This metal pin can do some ugly damage if you're not careful. When you're done, it looks like something straight outta Jersey:
Step 2: Time to soften the seals on the headlight. 250 for about 15 minutes does the trick. Be sure to use a cookie sheet. Man, this just doesn't look right...

Honey, the headlight is done!

Step 3: Use 90-Second epoxy to attach the rings to the headlight.

Step 4: OPTIONALI purchased the lens to clear the blinker from Home Depot in the outdoor lighting section for 7 bucks. It's a little too large, so a Dremel is required to cut it down to size.

Step 5:Return headlight to the oven @ 250 for 15 mins. to soften seals.
Step 6:Use channel locks to assure a tight seal after re-heating in the oven.

Hot out of the oven and looking fresh. Okay, I clearly need to cut back on the lame jokes.

Step 7::Wire it up. Here are the completed battery connections. Yellow on the left is Power. The black box behind battery is the relay. The connections to the DDE's are a simple pair of plugs. And yes, my engine is filthy. It's on the list.

The finished product...
