2.2L 89+ cr ossdrilled block, decked, bored .040 over, FORGED alum. Venolia pistons, FWD-P H-beam Eagal Rods, cast polished crank, melling high volume oil pump
Tranny mods:
Rebuilt a555 5spd with 3.87 FD, QUAFIE GEAR DRIVEN posi, chrmo-plate installed to prevent internals from flexing under high stress/high h/p
Head mods:
stock '88 782(swirl) rollerhead for now(upgraded from '86 782 slider head) ...I think i'm going to be porting & polishing my own head and using a Billet FWD-P f3 cam w/ an adjustable cam sprocket, FWD-P custom 44mm intake & 36.8mm exhaust--oversized valves, moly seats, custom FWD-P springs, retainers, and harded keepers. High RPM lifters, and new rollers. I already have the parts just waiting for time to do it...
Brake mods:
SLH 11in. rear disk conversion(still have to do frts)...Had to change master cyl & prop-valve
Intake mods(air filter to head):
3in. cone k&n with 2.5in mandrel cai to turbo, hybrid t3/t4 to4e 50trim .63 a/r stage 2 wheel, custom 3 piece weld job to clear head, 2.5in mandrel cai tubing to CUMMINS cooler & to tb, Greddy RS BOV on upper tube, stock tb for now, ported intake mani.
Exhaust mods(SV to tip):
TU custom 3in. SV, Electric cut-out coming soon, h/f obd2 cat, magnaflo straight through muffler, and thats all 3in mandrel bent SS tubing...
Suspension:
Front--Koni adj. coilovers w/ 400lb springs, & bushings from polybushings.com
Rear--Koni 7 way adj. shocks, stock springs, & bushings from polybushings.com
Ummm...all the other shit(havn't got some of it and i'm sure theres more):
MSD digital-6 ignition w/ 100rpm adjustable 2 step, MSD Blaster HVC coil, TU RB's Custom MSD wires and all brass cap, Cometic reuseable .067 over headgasket, Accufab railmount AFPR, +40% injectors, 255l/hr walbro fuel pump...i'm forgetting alot be back later

double check stuff before you send stuff out, the best machinest makes mistakes
p iston pins are some how smaller than they are even made in and the #3 rod seems like thats where they fit best, maybe a little over honing on the others......
