
These are some pictures of my 1986 Camaro IROC-Z. After driving with a 305 HO for 2 years I wanted to upgrade to the LT1 type engine. I deceided to go with an LT modified engine (LTx). All the pictures include pictures throught the LTx swap, I hope these pictures can help anyone out with a swap they are doing, or even give you some confidence in doing a swap like this. bored .040" engine, LT4 heavy duty timing chain/ Hot cam kit, SRP forged aluminum pistons, rings spaced for nitrous, scat connecting rods, ported aluminum heads / matched & ported intake, dual comp valve springs, BBK 58mm TB, Hooker Super Comp. LT Headers, SVO 36# injectors, Delteq Igniton/MSD Dis4 system, T56 6spd, complete SPOHN suspension, 4th gen. GM 7.5 rear w/ zexol carrier & Richmond 4:10s. Abd I'm sure there's more I did not list.
