I bought this 76 chevy truck it is a silverado long wheel base.It's a beater I wanted an older chevy to make a hot rod out of. It come with a very greasy 400 small block and a 350 turbo that could barely shift. I pulled the 400/350 and installed a 350/700r4. At first I wanted to go with a little over stock well I spent three years buying parts and ended up with something more. The 350 is bored 40 over with flat tops and a stock bottom end and a 292 Comp cam. The heads are Dart Iron Eagle 200cc that have been polished with Comp roller tip rockers 1.52. Edelbrock Victor jr. intake topped with a Holley double pumper 650. Electric fuel pump headers with 3" mantral bent fully welded Thrush mufflers dumped in front of the rear tires. My tranny is a 700r4 with a shift kit and I freakin hate going back to a 350 very soon and a stall. The rear gears are 3.73s and the inside is in the progress. I have installed a B&M mega truck shifter and aftermarket guages. I have a dash new seats carpet and visors ready to install and Centerlines wheels in be mounted soon. This truck was purchased for 800 and it was done pretty much on a tight budget. The exhaust is very deep and loud a head turner for sure. I have uploaded very short crappy video to hear the cam.
