Since the first day I can remember, I've always been fascinated with cars. I would literally dream about the day I turn sixteen and get my drivers license. I would study up on car stats and always know what the fastest car was or what would be the best car to buy at the time. One day, during the Summer of 2008, the day to select a real car to buy actually came. For six months I had looked through all kinds of cars and read up all I possibly could on every single one - even down to what car had the best aftermarket expansion possibilities. I had looked through (and seriously considered purchasing) BMW's, Mercedes, Audi's, Porsche's, Infiniti's, Nissan's, Jaguar's and Acura's. But something about this one particular Mustang just caught my attention. At first, all I had was the description in an ad on AutoTrader.com and that alone got my attention. But when I saw the pictures, that beautiful Pony was sold. It was perfect - exactly what I was looking for. It now sits in my garage and I enjoy doing things (and dreaming about doing things) to it on a regular basis. I couldn't ask for a better first car. Below, you can read about the car's history and what's been done to it. Enjoy.

This 2005 Black Mustang Convertible originated as a show car for the popular Mustang Modification Companies Aeroform and Fang Performance, located in Kansas City, Missouri. All Aeroform and Fang parts on this vehicle were installed by their original designers, as it was used to display modifications that they manufacture and sell. This very car has been in several Aeroform and Fang Photo Shoots and can be seen displayed on the company's website, Aeroform.com and in The Moss Mustang Store . Along side my vehicle, you can also find the Mustang that Aeroform will be taking to the SEMA Auto Show this year. Both vehicles display very similar parts. This vehicle was also the personal Mustang of Aeroform's current president, from whom I purchased it. It's original owner was also a former Ford employee and had many "connections" in the company. When it was being produced, getting your hands on a Mustang was nearly impossible unless you were someone who had waited on the long list or had connections. The original owner had his friends pull some strings and I currently own the only 2005 Mustang with a Red GT Interior from factory. I bought the car with 17,000 miles on it and after owning for about 8 months, it currently has 17,500 miles on it. You open the door and are blasted with that wonderful new car smell! It's my first car, so needless to say, I was pretty psyched driving it home. My hard work had truly paid off.
You can find all of my current modifications in the "Modifications Bar" off to the left. It is updated as soon as mods are installed and removed. Every single modification on that list was installed by my father and I, aside from the Aeroform / Fang parts and Rims / Tires, simply because they were either used for the original show car and / or they require professional paint, alignment, installation, etc. The car and every part on it was paid for out of my pocket, aside from the Rims / Tires, as they were a Christmas gift. If you ever have any questions about my car or the parts I have installed on it, please feel free to let me know. I always enjoy discussing my modifications with fellow Mustang lovers.

Showoff of the Week
Since the day that I joined CarDomain, it has always been a dream of mine to achieve one of the highest honors on the largest car site in the world: Showoff of the Week. I spent years saving for my car (which I paid for on my own) and hours working on it, taking pictures and building my ride page. In the process, I gained many good friends on the site and in person. With the great support of the CarDomain community, I was voted the number one nominee for Showoff. To me, this alone was a great honor. However, as I later found out, I did not only have the support of the community, but I also had that of the CarDomain Staff Team. With their great assistance and guidance, I achieved a goal that I never truly saw to be possible for a 16 year old with his first car. For this, I thank you. I thank all of the people who supported me, gave me guidance and nominated me. Without you, this would never have been possible. I also would like to thank the CarDomain Staff Team, because in the end, you supported me just as much as the entire CarDomain community has since the day I joined this wonderful site. You all are the reason I have achieved such great heights here.

Shell Contest Winner
I decided to enter the Fang Stang into the CarDomain Shell Contest, which states that you are to take a picture of your ride in front of a Shell Gas Station and enter to win a $250 weekly prize and be in the running for the grand prize that totals to $2,000. With the great amount of support from the community, the 'Stang Entry was rated five stars and picked by the CarDomain Staff as the Week One Winner! It truly is a great honor and could not have been done without the great support of the CarDomain Community and Staff. Feel free to read the Blog Post and take a look at the screens below.

Horses and Horsepower Show: Top 30
On Saturday, May 23rd, 2009, I went to the Horses and Horsepower Show in Louisville and met up with my CarDomain Buddy Robb . It was a beautiful day and there were plenty of gorgeous cars in attendance. The people that ran the show were some of the nicest in the world and went so-very-far out of their way to help me out when I locked my keys in the trunk. They spent so much time assisting me and really made everyone feel extremely welcome to be there. If any of you guys are reading this, you're the best! Along with the fun that I had at the show, I ended up taking a "Top 30" Award, which was the first award I had won with my car. It was the second show I had participated in and to win an award so quickly really was awesome. Thanks to the wonderful judges and people who put on the show! I'll be back for years to come.

Online-Car-Show.com Feature Ride
Only one day after I joined Online-Car-Show.com I was chosen as their Feature Ride. I logged on to the site and saw a large picture of my car and it's stats on their front page, in the "Feature Ride" area. This was truly a great suprise and I'm very honored to have been chosen by their Staff Team and Members. The immediate support they gave me was great and I can't thank them enough. If you like CarDomain, you will definitely love OCS. It's really a great community.

The Fang Stang and I have come a long way since the first day I began creating our Ride Page and you, the CarDomain community, have supported us the whole way! For this, I thank you. The top ratings that you have awarded us since day one have allowed us to achieve great heights on the site and in real life. You've placed us at the top of everything we have ever been rated for, including number one ride on the entire site, out of 661,649 rides! Thank you for your continued support!
