Here's some pics of the front receiver hitch I built.

I decided to add some clevis hooks to my front receiver.

I cut out 3" of the drop in my rear receiver to compensate for the bodylift.
Here is a before pic

Now here are a couple pics of the hitch lifted 3"

Was still in the fabbing mood so I built a rear diff guard for the truck.

I noticed that I had a lot of old dry mud on top of my gas tank skid plate and it was hard to clean as you can see here.

To solve this problem, I had a little fun with a 7/8" drill bit and a hand drill.

Hopefully this cures the problem.
I installed a couple of extra lights in my back bumper for some extra light. They are just regular lights for a trailer but with the white lenses.

I put some new u-bolts on and did a reverse flip. It gives me more clearance under the axle this way.

Here are some pics of the new crossover steering set-up that I installed. It uses 1 ton chev tie rod ends. Thanks goes to Chuckhines from Pavement Sucks for his tech write up on this mod.

Here is the first part of my lift that I'm piecing together for now. It's the Dick Cepek long arm kit.

Here are a few pics of the tires I just bought from my buddy Austin in Ohio. They are 37x13.5x15 X-terrains

Just fabbed up some brackets so I could run dual shocks up front

I relocated my rear shocks to an inverted V set-up

I installed an indexing ring for my transfer case since I had so much lift, the front driveshaft was on a crazy angle. I had to notch out a section of my tranny crossmember to clear the front driveshaft once it was rotated downwards.
Here is a pic of the metal that I marked to remove

This is after the metal was removed

And here are a couple of pics with the new metal welded in.

Here's a couple pics of the crossmember installed. Lots of room now for the front driveshaft.

Here's some pics of the spare tire carrier I just built.
