that makes two of us brother haha, I spent all I had on the car, then jackass put her out of commission for me and im out another 600, I mite pocket 2 checks by the end of the Summer (I'm a high school student) hopefully my winter hours will keep gas in the car, insurance payments paid and whatever breaks fixed....fingers are crossed!

ya man i've been thinking the same thing, mite try to turbo it or something, I don't know much about them so what a time to learn haha. I wonder how much power I could get out of it...bored .30 over, planed head, high compression pistons, heavier cams, and a turbo....poor motor wouldn't know what hit it lol! That won't be for a while haha, but worth dreaming about

I got a motor on it's way, 600 bucks. I wouldn't even have my cylinders bored and head planed for that much let alone the rebuild kit. I'll have the new motor in by the end of next week hopefully! :)

ya I plan on setting the timing back but I havent been bold enough to remove the cams cause I don't wanna screw stuff up putting them back in. So I'm waiting for my professional help to get back to me with the cheat sheets haha.
