Preparation for Engine Installation
I had to do a few things to the engine before putting the engine in, notably, the transmission system, starting system, charging system and oil cooling, not much explanation required here I hope, so I've done it in pictures.
Installing flywheel and clutch;
Installing starter motor;
Re-routing alternator wiring (alternator is on opposite side of engine now hence need for this) + tidying up chassis loom;
Installing oil cooler adaptor (GZE comes with a strange inefficient oil cooler adaptor, so I converted to a traditional style one using a universal kit;
I also forgot to mention putting on the engine mount brackets, power steering pump, and alternator, you can see them in the following 2 pictures, the engine was ready to go in!

So much work. Pity that you've sold the car. Great project.
