This is my very first car that I have put money into and I love driving it every day. I bought it at a dealership in Seattle on January 2, 2007:
One of my main goals with this car is to get it as light as possible and with the Konig Muniz rims weighing in at 10.6lbs a piece and tuner lugs that weigh only a few grams, my unsprung weight is very good. I have also removed a few parts inside the car to get it lighter. Another thing that I wanted to do to this car is make it track legal so that I can attend track days and autocross events. To get onto a track you need a roll bar so I got a 4-point "approved" roll bar and I am know looking for a harness to hold me in place.
As this is my first car that I have tuned, I don't do too many mods to the motor. It is a 1zz-fe and all that I have done to it is put in synthetic oil and swap the header with one made by CHE on Spyderchat.com. The only reason that I put a header on my car was to avoid precat failure that is common on the 00-02 MR2s.
