For all of those who are a Chevy Freak like me, lets all hope to god GM gets back up better than ever. Show you care BUY AMERICAN!!!!

Thanks for all your great comments and awesome ratings for my truck, i got an email saying i was 51 out of 9138!! Thank you all.

This is my 2005 Chevy Silverado 2500HD. This Truck has been equipped with a Solid Axle Conversion! That means no more IFS Trash that can't take a heavy Thrashing. As you know from 1988 and up starting with the 1/2 Tons GM did away with SFA (Solid Front Axle) and in 1991 was the last year of the GM Dana 60 (1 Ton) front axle and Since then all GM trucks Came with IFS (Independent front Suspension) that just can't take abuse offroad like a Solid axle can. I choose a GM truck because in my opinion they have the best Drive train (Motor, Transmission ect.) And not only that i'm also a Die hard GM guy. So by undoing GM's wrong with the Front Axle Department I Changed it, and thats why when you look under this truck, you see a Solid axle and not A-arms or Half Shafts. All the work for this Conversion was done by the awesome skills at EMS Offroad. Want to learn more about EMS, Click here!! http://emsoffroad.com/shop/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=213&zenid=02763e75c89f2bad867cd5f791a51cbd

Thanks for viewing my truck please leave some comments BE HONEST. If you have any ideas please let me know. i'm also on myspace,  http://www.myspace.com/littleslugger123 or http://www.mymudspace.com/Alucard-HD in case you wanna Chat. Thanks for looking. Oh and by the way, The truck is bigger than it looks, I'm like 5'10" and i can walk under the Side mirror with boots on  and not  hit it. The top of the roof is 8 feet tall!!!!!

Yea, i think im gonna go with your idea with the solid axle. Because im tryin to get up there with you in height, so whatever it takes, what all do i have to do, and i dont like the runnin boards either, im gonna take them off

Yea, cause when i was tryin to get an 9" suspension lift the guy who put my stuff on said that a lift that big would mess up my front end, i still regret gettin that 6" suspension lift, cause he also said that the 9" lift kit was gonna cost me an extra 1000 dollars, but i found out that i could have ordered a 9" kit from cognito for $300 more...but the guy said there is one other way of going up another 3", he said i can get bigger arms on the 2 front wheels that would allow me to flex futher up in the air, sooo i dont know, what you think? And do you think the tahoe would look better with or without runnin boards
