Welcome to my CarDomain! These pages are dedicated to my 2006 Hyundai Avante XD2 (Elantra). I bought this car in July of 2008. I chose her over a 2007 Corolla and a 2006 Neon. This is the first Hyundai I have owned. I didn't know too much about Hyundai except that their customer satisfaction rating is up there with Honda and Toyota. After finding ElantraXD.com I have discovered the possibilities that this little car has. I hope you enjoy the following pictures and pages. To all those that have left comments, thank you! Korean Domestic Market (KDM) is a term for Korea’s economic market for Korean-brand goods, such as automobiles and parts. The term's most common application is to Korean-brand automobiles built specifically for the Korean market, i.e., designed and constructed to conform to Korean vehicle and equipment regulations and to suit Korean market preferences. In automotive culture, KDM refers to a style of modifying automobiles produced by Hyundai and Kia. The function of components is often preferred over cosmetic appeal. "True" Korean Domestic Market components are also preferred over Korean aftermarket parts.
