Ill have pics of install of these parts tomorrow when i hit the shop again to start work on this. Stay tuned

Forge MBC installed by yours truely like i always do

First you need to locate the wastegate and turbo outlet. I went from underneath the car. Now you can do it from above if you like just have to uninstall upper intercooler pipe airbox and mass air flow sensor but again i went from the bottome nice and easy.

Find the hoses that the BC(boost controller) are connected to again the wastegate turbo outlet and the bottom of the airbox tube. The lines are ran using a T connection

RockmanX's 2003 Mitsubishi EvolutionRockmanX's 2003 Mitsubishi EvolutionRockmanX's 2003 Mitsubishi Evolution better pic of line ran to factory airbox tube

RockmanX's 2003 Mitsubishi Evolution here is the exact location of the lines to be removed where i am touching underneath. More pics below

RockmanX's 2003 Mitsubishi EvolutionRockmanX's 2003 Mitsubishi Evolution

Here it the line that is ran to all three location i have it disconnected just hanging on the BC

RockmanX's 2003 Mitsubishi Evolution

NOW ITS TIME TO INSTALL MY FORGE MANUEL BOOST CONTROLLER

you are going to need to buy some extra parts now pics below

1. 2X Extra Vacuum lines 3mm,4mm or you can just get a line that will fit the FMBC like i did

2. Small Vacuum Caps to plug off the airbox hole and the OEM BC

3. Clamps small clamps that will fit and tighten the hose that you buy.

You can get all this stuff at AUTOZONE love those guys

RockmanX's 2003 Mitsubishi Evolution

start by running the hoses on top of that radiator hose just so they are in place. **You can still use the Factory Clamps like i did for extra protection**. Place both your clamp and factory clamp on one end

RockmanX's 2003 Mitsubishi EvolutionRockmanX's 2003 Mitsubishi Evolution

Lines hanging off the bottom raditor hose so they are in position

RockmanX's 2003 Mitsubishi EvolutionRockmanX's 2003 Mitsubishi Evolution

Go ahead and Clamp one end of the hose to the wastegate nipple and the turbo outlet nipple. Should look like below  my fingers point it out.

RockmanX's 2003 Mitsubishi EvolutionRockmanX's 2003 Mitsubishi Evolution

Now we cant have any open ports so for the Factory BC just use one of the lines you took out to loop it back to itself like i did or your can use those Vacuum caps you purchased your choice. I looped it.

RockmanX's 2003 Mitsubishi EvolutionRockmanX's 2003 Mitsubishi Evolution

Now run the lines to the top of the car i chose the big open that you can see running beside the upper intercooler pipe just push the lines up and grap them from uptop

RockmanX's 2003 Mitsubishi EvolutionRockmanX's 2003 Mitsubishi Evolution

Dont forget to cap off the tube on the bottom of the factory airbox like below

RockmanX's 2003 Mitsubishi EvolutionRockmanX's 2003 Mitsubishi Evolution

Here is what it should look like once ontop. So pretty and look at all that room. People dont really tell you where to mount a MBC so you can choose to put it or attach it where ever you like. This is just where i found it easier and for the Custom look

RockmanX's 2003 Mitsubishi EvolutionRockmanX's 2003 Mitsubishi EvolutionRockmanX's 2003 Mitsubishi Evolution

Now its time to install his FORGE MBC. Go ahead and put it together use whatever bracket you like for how your going to mount it. I chose the straight bracket because i have a pretty trick location im going to put it at. Watch and see

RockmanX's 2003 Mitsubishi EvolutionRockmanX's 2003 Mitsubishi Evolution

BAM there is my location where the factory harness is attached to. Nice and out the way and yes that the intercooler sprayer container. Mount your FMBC on the other end of the cables

RockmanX's 2003 Mitsubishi Evolution

***READ THIS NOW BEFORE YOU GO AND RUIN YOUR WHIP***

THE LINES GO AS FOLLOWS::

THE TUBE THAT RUNS TO THE TURBO OUTLET NIPPLE IS THE LINE THAT WILL GO TO THE BOTTOM OF THE MBC WHILE THE WASTEGATE LINE WILL GO TO THE SIDE PORT OF THE MBC.

RockmanX's 2003 Mitsubishi EvolutionRockmanX's 2003 Mitsubishi Evolution

Now cut and trim the lines down so you dont have too much slack in the cables remember these are boost lines and you dont need sagging lines. So cut them down and mount. Remember people put these things in different locations i put it here for easy access and the trick customer look HINTS THE POLISHED FMBC :)

Boost and enjoy if you have a boost guage. I dont so i just installed mine. Ill be installing a gauge next. But with your MBC you should have gotten a Walbro 255 FUEL PUMP. So now its time to install it. I did this all in one day people LOL LONG SATURDAY. but you NEED TO GET YOUR EVO TUNED as soon as you CAN.

 **WALBRO FUEL PUMP INSTALL**
Ok now  this is suppose to be a easy install if you done pumps before then it should if your a newbie like me then its gonna take longer but will get done eventually just sit back and take your time dont rush
First remove the back seat just pull the two tabs on each side up and then pull seat out
RockmanX's 2003 Mitsubishi EvolutionRockmanX's 2003 Mitsubishi Evolution
RockmanX's 2003 Mitsubishi Evolution
Now remove the black plate on the drivers side. 4 phillips head screws
RockmanX's 2003 Mitsubishi Evolution
Here is the pump now remove the 7 screws (8mm) and unplug all the hoses. Now make sure you have towls handy because fuel is going to come pouring out. They say you should do this install when you are low on fuel but i did it at half a tank. now working the black plate out can be very tricky just take you time and wiggle it and work with it. once plate is out dont just pull the pump out. there is a hanging rod on the left side of it. So it will not come striaght up you have to take this thing out at and angle. Nothing is attach underneath thank goodness lol. Just WORK IT

Now here is the pump get ready to operate on it
RockmanX's 2003 Mitsubishi EvolutionRockmanX's 2003 Mitsubishi Evolution
Take off the bottom white bracket 3 taps on each side. Now take out the black plug( flat head two taps). then take off the hanging rod. Next disconnect the Grey cable on the inside of the assembly

RockmanX's 2003 Mitsubishi EvolutionRockmanX's 2003 Mitsubishi EvolutionRockmanX's 2003 Mitsubishi EvolutionRockmanX's 2003 Mitsubishi Evolution
The old pump should slide right out now assemble the new walbro. You can reuse the wires from the old one and the white brack on top of pump if needed.
RockmanX's 2003 Mitsubishi EvolutionRockmanX's 2003 Mitsubishi Evolution
Now reassemble the whole pump assemble with new walbro. Keep in mind this thing is going to be constantly leaking gas so prepare for a bath when done. Dont forget to Plug all the PLUGS back in.
RockmanX's 2003 Mitsubishi EvolutionRockmanX's 2003 Mitsubishi EvolutionRockmanX's 2003 Mitsubishi Evolution
Reasemble just like we took out just go backwards. DONE!!!!

*****PLEASE READ*****
If your like me then you put it all together and were thinking a job well done and then you went to go crank your car and guess what it will not start up lol. Nomatter what you do it will also crank but not quite make it and your left wondering i install correctly whats the deal. It took me 4 hours to figure this out lol. Hence if your new to install fuel pumps it happens. Ill save you the time. If you look a BLACK plug to unplugged during uninstallation of old pump there is a O RING in there. LOL if your like me the ring did not fall out so i never knew it was there. If that ring is not Flush inside that plug then you will not get any fuel pressure at all hints not fuel going anywhere and the reason the car will not crank. Here are pics to solve this problem just take ring out place it ontop of plug and pop back in place.

I hope you guys like my detailed installs lol saves lots of cash when you can do it yourelf lol. Now i have to install a boost guage lol and get a tune. Stay tuned for the boost gauge install. Now its time for bed i been at this all day to day and im tired. Stay Tuned!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
