These are the only pics I have at this time.

All Mods listed are proposed. Nothing has been done with this vehicle yet.

Connie is currently powered by a 2.7L V6. That is soon to change as I plan to upgrade to a 3.5L DOHC. The performance mods listed are proposed mods. It's gonna get bored and stroked, ported and polished and I'm sure it'll get other mods too. I am waiting 'til I finish my other project before I get started on this one. I hope to have the best of both worlds when this car gets done....Luxury and Power, A Chrysler trademark from years ago and days to come.

I'm getting a little anxious to get started on this ride. However, It is taking me longer than expected to finish my '72 Merc. I am starting to see a spec of light at the end of the tunnel, though I still have a long way to go.

Not exactly the best pic, but at least there is no window screen in the way, lol. It was late and the car is dirty from sitting. It has been sitting, waiting for a new engine since 2 weeks after I started working on my current project, "Big John". I had already pulled the drive train out of "Big John", when "Connie" left me sitting on the side of the highway one day on my way to work. So now, I am trying to get "Big John" wrapped up so I can get "Connie" in the shop to give 'er an overhaul.
Additional mechanical mods include but are not limited to, performance chip, cold air induction, larger performance fuel injectors, performance fuel pump, performance oil pump, complete valve job, larger throttle body, ignition upgrades, exhaust upgrade, supercharger, Transmission shift kit, Stall converter, body kit, Brembo brakes and more ideas are still coming, lol. I'll try to get better pics and add them soon.

As I am getting closer to completion of my other project (see "Big John"), I am looking forward to getting started on this ride. I have a lot of ideas for it.

Good luck with the project. Your situation sounds very similar to mine right now. My Pontiac died on me and we don't know what's wrong so I forsee either a new car or a new motor for it. 5*s

Hey purple people eater. I'm excited to hear on your progress with the engine swap. With 176K miles on my geat white, I'm prob close to an engine rebuild myself. I've been hoping to hear from someone who's done one so I know the scoop. Details about the headlights can be read on my page. Will it have autostick? Thanks for the rate, I returned the love. Hit me up when you update next. -Los
