This Mark VIII is in excellent shape overall, and I just purchased ASA AR1 wheels (silver painted with machined lip, and rivets) to go with Sumitomo HTR Z III tires (235/55/17). The tires are "Y" speed rated and are "Max Performance Summer Tires".
The engine is still providing 280 horses, and the tranny is still silky smooth. The neon tail light assembly was out, and a replacement was found on Ebay. The new tail light assembly is now installed and lighting up Las Vegas with all the other neon signs.
The JBL stereo, the power tilt and telescopic steering wheel, and the special lighting features such as the xenon headlights, and puddle lamps are still working well.
