I bought this 1987 Bronco II for a grand total of $100. It had a bad fuel pump and supposedly a bad head gasket too, I'm not afraid of that. I took a look at it and was surprised at how good it looked (good for a truck sitting in someone's backyard under a tree for 2 years). I decided that it would be better than the car I was planning on driving at the time...and I will say I was right! (The car was a 1971 Pinto...you'll see it in some photos later)

Here she is the day I looked at her. The guy had put work into getting it street legal and to use as his work truck and the fuel pump and relay died a week later. It sat here ever since.

I had found out later that the truck had a dashboard fire from a cigarette left in the ashtray, nice. Luckily the previous owners replaced most of the damaged stuff but the gauge cluster was melted to all hell. And not to mention they forgot to get a HVAC control from a truck with A/C.

2.9L V6. It ran rough for a little while but runs really good now.

Nice work. Truck looks good. Thanks for checking out mine. The roll cage wasn't too hard since I have a bender, but I had to pull pretty much the whole interior out so it wouldn't get ruined during welding. Then there was trying to fit it all back in around the completed cage lol. It came out pretty good though in spite of some cuts I had to make in order to get it all to go back in. Good luck on it :)
