Dean Martin's Matt Helm drove one of these,in white instead of green,I do believe. This was the second year of the Colony Park being "the Lincoln Continental stationwagon".The finest stationwagons ever built,in my opinion.

Nice ride. Funny, I have seen a car oddly similar in my neck of the woods. Good luck with your project, do you need an angel investor to share the expense? :)

Interesting that you've got some history on the car. Should be an easy resto. Good luck. Check out my ride some time.I give it five stars just for the fact of it's originality since there aren't many of these on the road in this good of condition. Your plans are good and make sense.
