As many of us car enthuasits have found out, it's very hard to make a show or a track car and still be able to drive it to work everyday. Well, I have come across good luck a couple of monthes ago, and aquired a project neon for really low price. the body is terrible, and after tightening a bolt down on the torque conveter the car ran fine. What more could you ask for in a project car? We have many ideas. Some have been started, others are being planned. So far we've chopped the top a total of three inches and layed the back window down. We are widening the back quarter panels right now by 3 inches and then we will move to flaring the front out by 3 inches. We are wanting to do something radical to the doors as well. My dad wants to put suicide doors on it. I want to put true lambo doors on it, or reverse the lambo door design, and make the open backwards. Any oppions would be great!

* All of these photos are old, my camera broke so alot more has been done since but im getting a new camera in the next couple weeks!

We are begining to also experiment with a supercharger idea. We are wanting to take a supercharger out of a buick. My dad wants to build up the current 2.0L with forged internals, I want to get a 2.4L and put srt-4 internals in it and run that, any suggestions to help break that stalemate would be appreciated! All of the projects that i was working on with the other car is going to be done to this car. The computer is ready to go in and is now awating a car. It will control engine and media. The full console has had to be changed, as with the top being changed nobody can sit back there. I'm not tall (5'9") and i had to bend my neck to fit in there. So my plan is to now mold my own seats and use the back of those as part of the box, and then build the foward part of the console and now custom dash to match the need of gauges and electronics.

Don't  make fun of my  crappy attempt at dra wing, but here is an idea of the car, the vents aren't actually going to look like that or the body lines be that obvious, but for my purpose of knowing where they are i added them in. The back window will be cut out a bit to make room for that vent which will make a body to a wing that i am assuming to be about 1 1/2 feet tall. The hood will be about the same minus it will lift off and will be extended back closer the window .
