I'd like to give a shout out and special thanks to James Robinson of the Honda Testing Research Center (TRC)Chozn4service's 2006 Honda Element with the ball cap on, for his vast knowledge, hospitality and driving skill in allowing myself and several others from the EOC to ride in the Element-D Project vehicle. James and the crew went through multiple sets of BFGoodrich tires, which only lasted about five minutes during our runs.

And while I'm here giving thanks, I'd also like to thank my good friend Chief aka Darth Raider of the SoCal Chapter of the EOC Chozn4service's 2006 Honda Element for his listening ear and expertise in helping me get the Precious where it is today. Many, many countless hours of phone calls and emails have gone back and forth from Indiana to California and back again, to bounce ideas off one another to get these Elements where they are. Chief has been a countless source and a warehouse of knowlege for me, in my Element endeavors as well as my personal life.

I'd also like to give a shout out to Jeff (JSM00thJaZ3) the head of the SoCal Chapter of the EOC who has made me an honorary member of the SoCal group, Burn619, platinumman21, Wastedonamine, Dancetiludrop, Dom.Five, Fujisan, Perfdata, Alaskan_Toaster, EXwSCnose, Element Art, Joemama422, DrPheta, _jea_, Accord Driver, DCbox, Gisele *Chocolate Child*, bh241, BigTzElement, Spdrcr5, NismoGriff, FISH-E, Bassplayer5504, and several others from the EOC including its founder, last but not least T MAC.

I'd also like to give a big thanks to Penske Honda of Indianapolis, IN and all of its sales and service crew. No other dealership has shown me the kind of love, care and devotion as Penske has with its leeadership starting with the General Manager Bruce Heath, Chris HuttonAndrew Mulligan, Ray, Ben, Angie in the Service Department and Bob in parts. Penske Honda has been super in Welcoming the Midwest Region of the EOC when we've had our Fall Meets by allowing for up front parking space in front of the dealership main showroom, refreshments, last minute service for those who have traveled some distance to be at the even and swag. Thanks again for all you do. There are Honda dealerships in Central Indiana and then there is Penske Honda.

I would also like to thank the guys up at Sam's Auto Service in Carmel, IN. Bobby Jo and Hubert Sam's for working me in where and when they can to do the extra things that only they can do. The racing background, attention to detail and long time friendship makes it a visit amongst friends and not laborThanks to Indianapolis Auto Spa for the professional installation of the Webasto Sunroof and heated seats. Craig and Chris are the men who run the show and will get it done right the first time around. Indy Auto Spa is the leading Trim and Aftermarket shop for most of the New Car dealerships in Indianapolis and Central Indiana for sunroofs, heated & leather seats, wheels and dash trim just to name a few, with locations in Anderson, IN and Columbus, OH. Thanks guys!

Also I would like to thank Trevor of HandA accessories and Jerry of South Coast 'E'ccessories for all they do to bring us the best products for our Elements at the very best prices available!

Thanks Chief! As I've always said, there are people who inspire others and you have been one of those people for me. The Precious has come a long way since Jan. 2006 when I pulled her off of Penske's lot. Now, with 7200 miles on it, I'm at a point where I want to drive it more but also at a crossroads to let her go. If I had a son or daughter worthy I would hand her down. Again, I'm in a holding pattern and now that an alarm, remote start and the Push Button starter has been put on, the cash flow has to stop until I know for certain what garage Precious will be parked in. I know I've had fleeting thoughts of this once before and it past just as quickly as it came but this time, circumstances are different and the time frame of this action has lingered for more than just a few months now. We'll see what happens but again, thanks for the accolades. Precious will never be a Darth Raider but definitely she could be a kissin' cousin. ;-) I also have to give some love to JSM00th, Angelique,Burn, Hatch and Wasted on their insightful mods and input. Like I've said, the Element is always a work in progress being the canvas for the artist, that being us. Peace!
