Here are a couple different stages of my sound system

When I first bought the car, I wanted a little something, nothing too big, because I wanted to track the car when I wanted to, but Hawaii (Oahu) shut down the only track they had, so while I was stationed out there (US Navy) the next step was to go full custom as a DD.

I did all the custom work myself, and was very happy with the results. I received a lot of good reviews and props from my friends, but when I found out Hawaii had gotten permission to auto-x in the Aloha Stadium parking lot. I started having different thoughts.

I went to a few different auto-x's initially with the stereo still in the car, and that worked for a while, but as I kept installing more and more modifications, and the track bug hit me, I decided all the extra weight wasnt worth it, and STRIPPED the entire stereo out from the trunk and sold everything. Now all I have left is a small 4 channel amp to run the interior speakers, and the brain for the Kenwood In-dash DVD player

First time with a 5 farad cap, Rockford Fosgate 800.2 and 12" MTX 7500 sub

This was my custom setup I had in the car for almost a year, and currently I have NOTHING in my trunk, but here are the pictures

2 10" MTX 8500 Subs, in custom SEALED enclosure, with bandbass LOOKING box, that redirected pressure into the cabin
50 farad capacitor on the driver side, with 0/1 fuse on passenger side. Also running a dual Optima Yellow Top with 140amp alternator

My headliner was falling down, so I decided I wanted to do something a little different, and reupholstered the headliner and the A/B/C pillars all in suede. I love being able to write crap in my ceiling...
