So there I was...walking out of an raggidy ass building I work in due to a gas leakage on a sunny June. Across the street is a car park packed to whereas people had to park their vehicles on the sidewalks and grass. Mondays...gotta love em'. Well, as we evacuated into the parking lot, things seemed black and white. Dull, Numb, whatever. A day in the DFAC was like viewing a reality show on repeat. But within that black and white picture stood out this car in color (even though it too is black). A 2004 Hyundai Tiburon. now when I was in Korea, (excuse me if either car owners find this offensive, but it's the best comparison) I've seen them everywhere like Honda Civics in the US. I liked them, but I wasn't into Tibs at the time. But this car was calling my name. Sitting in all black from the windows to the wheels and a "FOR SALE" sign on the side rear. I dialed the original owner's cell and we talked arranging payments and what not. To make a long story short, June 30th, 2008, the Tiburon was in my posession. As I sat in the driver's seat, I had minor flashbacks (like how Snake did in MGS4 awesome game, yall.) of my Eclipse. The feel and features were quite similiar except this car had a little more. With about $12k burning my pockets like all hell, I had made my blueprint of how I was going to customise it and what to name the car. The name, Revenge" was actually intended for my one day future project race car. But because of the major bad luck I had with the Eclipse, I decided to give that name to my Tib. Why? Because the way I am setting up my Tiburon is exactly how my Eclipse use to be. Except, this will be better than before. Much, much better. The first thing I did was call up my #1 interior installer, Pat to inform him that he has a new project awaiting him. The plan was easy like I said. The set up is to be exactly like the Eclipse (while it was under construction), but obviously better. The same weekend, I blew a couple bucks on a new stereo set-up and small stuff mods. The idea of having phase mods was originally an idea for my Eclipse. I know for sure, if I still had my original baby, she'd of been finished modding. But starting over on a fresh sheet of paper, I redrew my blueprint and now, Revenge shall take it's place.
Where and how did I come up with the car's design? LoL well, when you play games like Need For Speed, Forza, or any racing game that features the paint/decal option, you'll most likely put your best into ya car as if you was really going to have it painted that way. Well... at least I do that is. But anywho, when I was designing the decals for the car below this paragraph, a 240, I thought it'd be cool to ACTUALLY have the Tib painted that way. I pulled up my old save file from the game to show you what I'm talking about:

 Previously, I created multiple designs for my ride before I did this. Some designs were pretty descent (needed some touch-up though), some weren't fitting at all. I copied the design I created on the game on paper. The design wasn't exactly like the game (nor the final look on the Tib), but the skull pile-up was inspirational enough to get me started. When I presented my ideas to H&H Customs, the painter put in some of his ideas I liked on my idea: The flames blending in with the skulls and going all the way around the car. And to make things sweeter, the whole mural (The entire car actually) will be candy painted. A style that I wouldn't have thought of doing with blue flakes.

As The Curtains Close again... (For a few more months)
Well, I managed to get my seats in with the help of my boy's dad and the other small mods like the rear & mid struts and the F/L headlights. The biggest pain in the neck were the seats however due to making self adjustments to the universal seats and using some parts from the stock brackets to make them fit. Well, after all that hard work, it surely paid off and the seats feel comfy. I'm just glad they aren't TOO comfy where I might fall asleep behind the wheel or something O.o; Then we'd have serious problems! I originally wanted to clear corner my F/L Headlights before I got back to the US, but then I changed my mind after seeing how they'd look retarded without the corners. I'd have to have clear reflectors for them to look legit. SOooo~ I'm back to using the orange bulbs (that came with the headlights) now. No biggie, I still like it and the CF eyebrows look even sexier! The struts had me confused at first when I first got them in the mail. Both bars were in pieces and no instructions came with 'em. I was like, "What...the...fuck?" So I'm sitting in the room looking like a retard tryna figure how in the hell the end pieces fit onto the bar. LoL I wasn't use to seeing how these fit because the mounts fit directly onto the bar instead of having a link piece to them like most struts. Same goes with the mid strut. Now the mid strut, I had to make my own adjustments because the bar was too short to reach one of the bolt holes. So I drilled one to make it fit. Easy fix. The rear strut was what I found "annoying" removing the damn rear seatbelt brace so I can fit the mounts. I can't count how many times I've done dropped my wrench in the hole tryna at least loosen the bolts. I dunno... maybe my homegirl, "Miss Stang" kept count as she was laughing at me about it. (*Bleeeeh!* to you! -> :P) But once all that was mounted, I threw away the covers since they're gonna be refabricated sometime in the future while in Phase 3. SO as always until I get back yall... The page update will be bare minimal while I'm gone for a year without my baby. So if you do see an update, it's high and likely because I've got nothing better to do than proof read my pages or change this paragraph's color to something else lol. Anything to keep my sanity intact knowing I won't have my ride for a year.

I've seen Tibs that are WAY kick ass and definitely deserve to be in the #1 spot besides me. Maybe they were at one point, I dunno. Forcefedflesh's , Ready2Play's , Spike2684's ,  Jon_holeman's , UnHolyTib's , and many others are the prime examples of a top Tib ride. This here, is an honor to see that I'm merely up top.
