Car-part.com is probably the best place to find obscure salvage. Looks like there is an '81 I-Mark door in Colorado at Blake's Small Car Salvage, Inc. for $60. I searched under Opel, so it looks like they are interchangeable as you said.

Yeah, looks very similar to my I-Mark. What do you have planned for it? I'm trying to keep mine all original, except for stereo upgrades (because I plan to drive it regularly). Also wanting to turbocharge it. That little 51hp diesel could really use some help. But we'll see.

Nice to see a '79 Kadett in that condition. Looking good and original. The interior is clean and intact. Love the fastback design. We had that model here back then. It was sold here as Isuzu Gemini.
