This is how my car started it new life with me. It was spray painted blue and white. What little interior it had was spray painted white and was really dirty.
The day I brought her home, all $800 of her.
I was into the hole body kit and big rims thing so this is the mistake I made. What a waist of money.
After over 3 years of work this is what I've turned her into.
Swapped a 95 del sol D16Z6 Vtec motor in.
ECU chiped with chrome pro
15" GSR fat-5s
Temporary painted Flat black
All stock body parts
Tinted windows
All stock interior replaced but added bucket seats, removable steering wheel, and 7" indash touch screen dvd player.
Cross drilled and sloted rotors front and rear.
Full custom exhaust (custom made down pipe, 2.5" piping, Flowmaster axle back.)
Then I moved into the Boosted world. Installed a TD05 14b turbo, HF crx Manifold , TD05 to HF adapter, front mount intercooler, and a Greddy BOV.
I also have a Welbro 255lph fuel pump, dsm 450cc injectors and a B@M fuel pressure regulaor installed.

Got bored and made the CRX VtecT(Vtec Turbo) decal.

Sold both the fat-5s and mesh wheels I just got so for now I'll be running my 15" steelies.

Got my new and Real Greddy type RS BOV installed and it got reid of all the compressor surge and sounds great.

I finally got my HKS mega flow air filter today. I'm really happy with it too. Its small enough to fit in the hole and I got a $6 2" to 3" plumming adapter and it fits perfictlly.

Me and a friend took our CRXs out for a spin in the rain last night.

My friends Z6 swapped HF CRX.
Then we crused to the hang out spot.
Then got bored of that and went to another spot.

I found a front lip laying on the ground in a junkyard today along with 3 others that looked good. Took them out and test fitted them on my friends CRX and this was my favorit. I have no idea what it went on but it fits the front bummper almost perfict. Most of the hole lined up with the holes for the stock lip. Not bad for $15

Here's the lip all finished and out in the day light. Looks preatty good for a $15 lip found on the ground covered in dirt and weeds in the back of a junkyard.

BAD NEWS
I blew my motor last weekend. I've got really bad rod knock so I pulled the motor and started tearing it down. I'm going to throw in a d15b2 block with my Z6 head and turbo it untill I can get the Z6 block rebuilt with forged internals. But yesterday I came across a Y7 block thats got all the machine work done to it and has been sitting in the shop for a year and the guy is going to sell it real cheap just to get it out of his way.

The curent stat of my car is not looking so good but she will be back on the road early next year.(2 months I hope)
Side skirts, moldings, fenders, taillights, vent visors are all off and I've started trying to fix the rear qurters and get them smooth. I'm hoping to have it painted by this weekend and as soon as next month starts I'm going to start on the new motor.

I started painting the roof and hatch satin black tonight.

Started painting the body, fenders and bumpers Satin Italian Olive Green today.
Started at 11:30AM and stoped at 6PM. Still have to paint the trim and some other parts and put here back together.

The hood and sunroof are gloss black. The roof, hatch, door handles, door trim and gas door are all satin black. The body is satin italon olive green.

My CRX is painted and all back toghter now but I can't say the same for my D16Z6. It turned out to have more issues than just a rod knock.

The #2 and #3 main cap bearings and the#3 rod bearing were all destroyed. he motor is completely striped down to the bear block and is going to get some paint on it soon. In a few weeks I'll orded my new lower CP psiton and forger rods along with everything I need to rebuild it. Also I'm replacing the crank with a brand new one.
