I bought this truck a year ago. Back in October one of my friends accidentally hit it with his dodge dakota. Since then I have been saving money to fix it. Finally I got the rocker panel replaced and I replaced the door. I did all of the work myself. Now all I have to do is replace the cab corners, and the truck will be free of rust. Then I can work on sanding it down and repainting it. I want to paint it black. I also want to put some diamond plated chrome along the bottom of the truck. I already have 33" tires on it. But they are pretty wore out. I need to get some new ones. Already priced them out. Shouldn't be too long till I get those. The engine is a little iffy in my truck. I have an ignition problem. The damn thing doesnt ever want to fire on all eight cylinders. I am going to replace the distributor the rotor, and all the wires and plugs and see if that doesnt fix it. Plus I have an exhaust leak where the Exhaust manifold fits to the block, and I wanted to install headers cause I have a 50 series flowmaster system on it already. So I am going to use the leak as an excuse to install headers on it. I am going to do that soon. I can't wait to get this truck painted and lifted. It is going to be awesome.
