This is my 2008 CRV EX-L with Navi. So far I have installed a set of 20" MSR 093's with Goodyear 245-45-20" tires. A set of H&R springs. 1.4" front and 1.3" rear
This is what it looked like before I lowered it.

Yeah, I still have the stock struts. But the ride is not bad.

I just got the same lowering springs, but i haven't installed them yet. are you riding on stock struts? if so, hows the ride?

My wheels are 20x8.5 +40. As for your tires. They may rub. I'm running 245x45x20 and they are close but never rub. I'm lowered too but with stock bumpstops.
