Just bought a 440 out of a 76 motor home for $325 as i type this the block,crank and rods are being looked over by my machine shop. the below pics are from when i first got the engine before i completly dissasembled it
Heres the truck headers and engine mounts i bought off moparts for $175
I picked up a parts truck for $150, Im planning on converting my overdrive 4 speed transmission to A 727 automatic for more consistancy and (hopefully) faster times. This truck has everything i need to make the conversion
Here is a list of what ill be taking off the truck:
Steering column
Brake pedal assembly
Floor pan patch for 4 speed hump removal
Kickdown and shift linkage
Transmission crossmember?
Ive decided to paint my grille surround black to match the grille insert and headlight bezels. Im also adding silver star headlights at the same time
Blacked out the area behind the grille
New silverstar performance headlights installed
