Just wanted to post my first pic and start talking about some of the problems faced with trying to put this large motor in this small car!
My name is Max, I moved to the USA from Wales, UK about 5 years ago. I came across this car and knew I had to have it! I brought this car for many reasons, the first is obvious, just look at it!
Ok so anyway enough of the introductions, I brought this car as a project and not being a mechanic has been abit of a hold up!!
When I got the MGB, the motor had just been wedged in, in most cases you would say dropped but you couldnt drop a big 4 banger let alone a big V6 with out much cutting and rework of the footwells. I will add some photos later of this!!
None of the electricals were done, it seemed that there would be no way to get a radiator and water pump in front of the engine and the starter was not going to come close to fitting.
