This is my 99% original Continental Mark VI. I´ve bought it april 2003 in Berlin as the second owner in Germany. It´s got 100.000 original miles.

The car was generally in a good condition and I had to fix only some EFI problems and the common things (brakes, ignition, fluids) with the help of my Pontiac drivin´ friend Bjoern. Minor rust problems on the roof and the rear deck were fixed and welded 2006 and the car repainted in original tone "Pastel French Vanilla". After this I replaced the disrupted driver seat with a good used one and redone the roof interior. There were also some more cosmetic interior and exterior things to do.

Today the Mark VI runs and drives like new. Want to upgrade the single exhaust to a dual system soon and maybe lowering the car about 2 inches.

Nice Lincoln Mark VI! My mom had a 1981 Mark VI Signature Series, back in 1985 when I was learning how to drive, so it happens to be the car I learned with. I'm glad to see you're resurrecting a Mark VI to it's former glory, it looks very nice. The only thing you need now is the proper Lincoln wire wheel covers, instead of the aftermarket wheel covers on the car. You probably have the only Mark VI in Germany! Enjoy Your Ride! Rowan
