Hi my name is Sauce and i live in Northern California near some of the most awesome driving roads that i have experienced in California. I say that because i lived in the LA area for many years and now that im up here i love the roads. My car story began when i finally had enough money saved up for a new car... it was July of 2006 and i purchased a 1990 Mazda Miata...it took me 8 months to find her...my NA beauty. i paid $7000 for her(all my savings at the time) i was hell bent on the Miata because it was well...a poor-man's Porche..lol but i soon joined the various forums and decided that i wanted to stick to the "pureist" way to drive it...so i upgraded the wheels and tires, and put a K&N air Intake. I couldnt have had a better driving experience.

i aspired to make the Miata as quick as the Lotus Elise. there was one guy in my city that had one and one day i convinced him to race me... believe it or not i kept up because the road had such small and windey roads that he was scared to push it as hard as i did(in my opinion...i could have actually been keeping up) The next week i went to LA and i was stuck in traffic the next thing i know this Corolla slammed into the back of it and killed my Miata.

The damage doesnt look that bad but trust me...the frame was toast. oh well time for a new project.
i got $4000 in insurance on the car. Ever since before the Miata, i always wanted a 540i...but due to the rising gas prices, i was looking for a smaller engined 5 series. After 3 months i found a 1992 BMW 525i with 95k miles, 5 speed tranny and the original owner sold it to me. the car is in immaculate condition. He wanted $6500 for it but i gave him a sob story of how im a broke college student and i finally got him down to $4000!!!

i call my car Low Budget Baller because i got every thing for cheap!! i wanted a set of BBS LM rims or at least knock-offs... i got a set of OZ rims that are look alikes with no problems except for peeling clear coat. i paid $200 with 3 good tires!!
i went to the tire shop to get a tire and i looked at the used tires and i saw a set of Michelins off of a 2008 Audi s6...they had 98% tread and i got them put on and out the door for $150.. I went on tirerack.com and saw them for $239.oo EACH!!! i guess i just got lucky... the tires are grippy as hell. i LOVE IT!!!

cool huh? please rate my ride
P.S. What should i do next? exhaust? Coil overs? intake? its all stock except for the rims so please comment and help me improve my Bavarian Beauty. Thanks.
