Finaly i did reaplece the GS gearbox with an orginal GTi gearbox, and now i am running short gears but i have full boost when i qruise in every gear wich i didnt have with the GS gearbox becouse the gears were to long.
Also i had a ticking gearbox i thought but it was an gasket that leaked. :S
Wil make an 0-200km/u movie soon, and also a G-Tech file to show the 1/4mile time.
And i will adjust the intake of the muffler for mor top end power, becouse it has an ristriction in it.

I had a major problem! :(
I did know that i had a bad piston, but now it was all over.
I only had 4bar at cilinder no 4,and this should be 14.
So i must fix this now.
After i bring t over to Ruud from RV Engineering in Holland,he found out that al the pistons have bad piston ring holders,so i must get 4 fresh pistons and rings.
Also he did noticed that there were 3 piston pins that were oval, and 1 bad rod,so they were renewed also.
The psiton from the bad cilinder looks like this.

So bought 4 new ones and Ruud maked them low compression for me.
I also upgraded the headgasked with a reinforced one,to not have any problems if the pressure peaked and blow the headgasket.
So now i am running with 0,9bar peak pressure. :D
Here a movie with 0,9bar.

YESSSS...been on a dyno at last.

150Wheel HP and 194NM
Thas almost twice as much HP and more than twice as much torque than a standard GTi.
I LOVE IT!

A few update's! :D
Bought a G-Tech Pro RR on the internet.
And now running with 0,8bar boost. :D

At first i was not positive about the dyno results.
But the G-Tech mesures "naturally" HP results,so that is allway less than wheel or enginge HP.
Thanks to Ruud Herweyer i download a special made Excel sheet, that converts the result in to a dyno'd result. http://members.chello.nl/~r.herweyer/gtech/gtech.html
http://www.mijnalbum.nl/GroteFoto-ZNIN3PXG.jpg (bigger pic)
So,158hp&199nm of torque.
Here some older results.
http://www.mijnalbum.nl/GroteFoto-QZEVBQ4H.jpg (bigger pic)
One that has more hp,but at that rpm i had an to poor mixture, and that was because of the injectors, that were max working at that point.
So not to let them work to much(and brake/overstress them at time) i adjusted the boost from 0,8bar til 0,7bar @6000rpm.
So i did go from 164hp&198nm till 158hp&199nm with some finetuning.
Here a pic of my fuel setting in the Adaptronic
http://www.mijnalbum.nl/GroteFoto-DV37D8YE.jpg
Lets see how fast it goes!

Too bad that the needle was at the end of the clock, because it is still going faster. :O
And that for an 1300cc 16V.
1/4 Mile time

Not bad,but should be better.

I bought an electric boost controller that can adjust the wastegate.
http://www.mijnalbum.nl/GroteFoto-RZNE8ERD.jpg (bigger pic)
The turbo was spooling up verry fast and give 0,8bar at 3000rpm,but when it went till 5000rpm it slowly goes down till 0.55bar at 7000rpm. :(
So thatswhy i bought this. :D
This is operated by the Adaptronic comp, and works fine.
Now is have 0.8bar all the way till 8000rpm.

Strange noises when the car was running idle??
It seems to be the fuel lines.
The Bosch fuel pressure regulator was,or broken,or not right one for the pressure that it was adjusted at,and the fuelpump was making a lot of noise becouse of the bad fuel pressure regulator. :(
So i bought a fuel pressure regulator (P.B.V.) with gauge.
http://www.mijnalbum.nl/GroteFoto-UARBICZP.jpg (bigger pic)
So the strange noise was gone. :D
The pressure regulator works at 3.2bar.

Not bad though!

A small update.
@ tuesday the 4th i bolted the turbo off again,to grind more of the wastgate hole off.
With the wastage a little bit tighter the boost was spinnin up @ 3000rpm till 0,8bar.
But after the grinding it gives 0,6bar @ 3000rpm and 0,8bar @ 4000rpm,so that was still to much, but i finetuned it with the wastegate and now its giving 0,65bar @ 3200rpm and still giving this till 7000rpm.
It perfect now,and i am leaving it like this.
Soon i wil go on a dyno to see whats up!? :P

Biggie big hole!

Ive been very buissy these weeks to get the Swift on the road with turbo.
First i installed the reinforced clutch @ 11-02.
And @ 16-02 i mounted the adjusted oil pan with the oil return connector on it.
@ 18-02 i installed the extractor,turbo,downpipe and intercooler.

Also made the hole for the piping towards te intake.

So it looks like this with the pipe trough it.

And the triple pillar pod is in! :-)
To install the xtra boost gauge.

@ 24-02 the Adaptronic ECU is conected and this is finetuned for the turbo setup. :-)
Offcourse there was some problems, becouse the actuator was broken. :-(
But luckily there was another person, who also had buyd a turbo setup and that was also installed that day,and he had 1 xtra. :-) :-)
So all installed and finetuned we had to see what it did.
Again a problem!
The turbo was making too much boost, and we can,t adjust it with the wastegate. :-( (stil making 0,8/0,9bar with the wastegate full open)
Terrible!!

The guys who were there that day!

He did adjust the hole of the wastegate allready,so he drove home with 0,65bar.
Lucky bastard!
So! the next day i did that 2.
This is when i did grind a little bit off.

And this is when finished.

So,mounted it again and tested it it run @ 0,6bar!
Thats awesome!
Now running with the turbo for a vieuw day's,and i love it.
It makes o,65bar @ 4000rom,and when there you are launched! :-O
GREAT!
Here is a fast made movie. (with phone)

Some wheelspin in 2nd gear, but thats becouse the road was wet.
Now i hope the car will last with this boost!?
17-02-08
Well......its been a vieuw months, but its time for a new page in here to show you my new project.
I get rid of the fast cams, poulies, finetuned chip and also the carbs, and bought me a 2nd hands low boost turbo setup. :-)
Its compleet with a reinforced clutch,Adaptronic adjustible ECU and offcourse an extractor, downpipe, intercooler and a turbo from an Mitsubishi.
Hopefully it wil give a max pressure of 0.6 bar,and this should be good for 140/150HP and 170/190NM of torque.
Since a week i already installed standard cams an chip and installed the reinforced clutch, and yesterday i mounted the adjusted oil cover underneeth the car.
Tomorrow ill be mounting the extractor and turbo.
Running standard with the GTi. :-(

Here some pics of the set.

And a pic from the extractor @ engine.
