It was STOCK as can be when i bought it. You know the normal’s... 5.4 triton v8,stock 17 inch wheels and all terrain tires, radio with the 6 disc cd changer in the back, leather heated seats, bed liner, nurf bars, rear sliding back window bla bla bla.... boring right? That’s what I thought too. So I had a few things to think about.. Jack it up and make it a 4x4 mudding machine (since that’s what everyone does with their 4x4) or make it a street crawler. Well... since i live in the city it was a street crawler. It’s my only truck and the nearest mud whole is well over an hour’s drive.

So.. What’s the first thing to change.. Wheels right 18",20",22" or even 24"? that was the first to change and since it seemed that after 20" wheels the price seemed to jump by about a grand I had the extra cash so i went with 24" wheels

Aww the open road.

What’s next.. Headlights , Time to yank out them old headlights and put in something new and up to date. I looked at several aftermarket styles and I always like the look of projectors when i had my Monte Carlo ss. So I ordered a set off of eBay (beats the price of the show room floor lights by a ton $500 wtf right?? $124 for the ccfl style headlights.

Just came in the new projectors

I opened up the box and to my surprise.. a wiring challenge.

i wired the halo's up to the park lights so that they came on with the parking lights but the little led lights was to much to have on with the headlights. So I wired them into the turn signals. they look a lot better as a signal then a light that
just stays on.

the projectors are in

led with the turn signals

That’s all I have got done now I’m currently working on a speaker box for a sub system. I have heard about doing bed cuts and people running some killer stuff. But I’m not too sure I want to do that yet.. I mean really you cut a HUGE hole into the back of your cab.. I do not really want to do that yet. So right now stuffing a JL 13tw5 flat sub under the back bench seat is what I’m looking at doing now. (ill post picks when i have everything wired up on that later) and I’m still a little up in the air on a deck to put in the dash. i really like the look of the Double Din touch screens but I really don’t know what one to buy yet. (Any suggestions would be great)

Hi there. I'm fairly new to this site. I'm loving the community here, so I want to contribute to everyone this article I read that really changed my life financially. Last week I got a check for $900! Really, no joke, I thought I couldn't do it myself, but I did. And it really helped me out my family financially because i'm a stay at home mom. But here's the article I read: http://www.news4show.com/finance/google-hiring-you.html hopefully it works out for you too. Good luck and God bless!
