raceco's 1965 Shelby Cobra San Mateo, CA - 1This is a Superformance #1228 1965 Shelby Cobra Replica. It's powered by a Ford Motorsports 392 (Stroked 351W), roller hyd. cam, aluminum GT40 heads 2.02 int 1.94 ex w/roller rockers, Speed Demon 750 cfm carb, Edelbrock RPM Air Gap intake manifold, all MSD ignition, 6AL, Billet Dist, Blaster 3 coil, Smith gauges, Ford 8.8 IRS w/3.70 gears, Trigo aluminum pin drive wheels, BFG 275/60R15 rears, 255/60R15 frts. It's putting out about 450hp coupled with a Tremec TKO 5-speed. The color is indigo blue with the traditional white racing stripes. it weighs about 2500 lbs with the small block. I am currently a member of Nor-Cal SAAC out of San Jose, Ca. It's a fun car to drive, but can be a handful with it's short 90" wheelbase.
