i dunno homie if those spacers make them stick out ur wheels my scrub in the back because of the way the altima's stock rear suspension is. it has alot of give and kind of a natural "sag" to the back. also inside ur wheel well is a metal lip that has been known to rub. my homie cut his but i just chose to raise mine

ah i figured that might be an issue. they sell adapters for them though. i just dont know how the car will sit with them on. could rub in the rear, the front is good though

i dunno man. the 20's would fit but i think the tires would be to big. you can get a lower profile and not have to do anything to your ride if you dont want. if you are gonna raise it i recommend just changing the rear springs. it is easy
