Well, she's a '92 Corvette with 41,XXX miles and a 6-speed with every option available except for the selective ride control, which is actually very good because that option is only problematic. It is in the color "Black Rose" which is a very dark metallic purple (not anything faggy, or I wouldn't be driving it), and it is accompanied by a black leather interior.
In this color, with these miles, that is a stick, that is completely stock, and in this good of shape for a 16 year old car, ITS PRETTY RARE! I searched long and hard for a car that meets these requirements and was not going to settle for an automatic which are a dime a dozen (it defeats the purpose of having a sports car).
On a different tone, I must note that there are way too many self indulgent weiners out there who believe that they are better than everyone else because they own a Corvette; I am not one. There are a large portion of moneybag losers who own Corvettes and who can't drive a stick, thus the reason for the majority of Vettes being automatics; seeing as how they're the only ones who can afford them new. Foreshame... This here is a real sports car.
The tires are near new beefy Goodyear Eagle GS-C's, the seat bolsters are perfect (NOT ripped and faded from fat asses falling down into the car), and everything is fully functional and in "like-new" condition.
As you may know, 1992 is the year that the Corvette was reborn. After emissions came into play in '74, all Vettes from then on pretty much sucked, UNTILL... '92 came along. In 1991, vettes had a L98 that produced 245 hp (not very impressive) and all before that were even less impressive. BUT, in 1992, the Corvette opted for the legendary LT1. The LT1 is GM's small block masterpiece and is renown for it's performance, reliablility, and overall craftsmanship. From '92-'96, it pushed out 300 HP @ 5,000 RPMs and 330 torque @ 4,000 RPMs out of a 5.7l (350 cubic inch) engine. I don't think I need to tell you that it's fast... Away from the fact that it would make a great mid-life crisis for someone, it consistently gets 26 MPG cruzing at 70 MPH in 5th gear (not sixth) at 2,300 RPMs.
If someone feels the need to have my Corvette, it is for sale. I am asking $12,990 O.B.O., yes i know, they are available for that price, but not with a manual transmision, the options mine has, and she sheer cleanliness and originality that mine has retained since it rolled out of Bowling Green in '92. In no means am I hurting to sell, i love this car to death, but drop me an offer if your interested.
