Ive started to upgrade my GT/CS as most should.

The first thing I decided to mod was the stock exhaust. I researched exhaust sounds and potential performance increase. I had to decide between Flowmaster Super 44's, Borla or SLP Loudmouths. I decided to go with the SLP's because they had the most aggressive sound and no mufflers which equals more performance in the future. :)

Highly recommend the Loudmouths if your looking for a good axle-back.

CAI/Tune

The second upgrade was getting the engine to breathe better which was upgrade from the piece of sh*t stock box to something that sucks air a lot more efficiently. I researched as much if not more about the CAI. I originally was going to go with a Cold Air Intake that didn't require a tune like the K&N Typhoon, but decided last minute that I wanted bigger power gains. I started to read the mustang forums and find out more information. After a lot of reading I determined that Brenspeed or Bamachips had the best dyno tunes. I went with Brenspeed because of a recommendation by a friend. Brenspeed had packaged CAI/tune deals so another recommendation by the same friend I went with the Steeda over the C&L.

Nice looking GT/CS, but I may be biased. I see you have 350 for a HP rating, did you dyno or are you adding up what your mods are supposed to have given you? Just wondering if you know what the gain from stock intake to the Steeda was. I'm going to get dynoed soon to see what the C&L with a DiabloSport tune got me.

Good looking CS, and the Steeda CAI is awesome. I want a Bama or BrenSpeed tune, also. I have to go with Bama because Brenspeed only writes tunes for SCT tuners and I have a Diablo. A custom dyno tune is the way to go, but at $400+, Bama or Bren is a much cheaper option; especially if you plan on adding parts which will require the tune to change. Good luck with your build!
