Under construction My 1995 thunderbird lx. I was bet i could nnot build a show winner for under 10 grand so now I am out prove my point. The car is almost perfect, it was bought from a old lady for $4000 not bad for a car with 3900 miles on it. Never parked outside no rain snow or sun, so that means no rust anyplace.
So far these are the upgrades and prices. more pics coming.
2007 cadillac escalade hid headlights $100 from a wreck
HKR 18x9 wheels & 245 50 18 tires $1000. Under cost from friend
Paint roof, mirrors& frame black. shave trunck& antenna. cost= trade for interior work.
lowering springs and shocks. $100 used for a week then he moved to air bags. My gain.
black headliner carpet seat inserts door panels and rear deck. remove third brake light. 97 console with cupholders. custom dash panel with alpine in dash dvd. $40 materials $500 for head unit 15% off cost from northolmsted sound & performance.
2 jl audio 10" subs. 1 jl audio 12" sub. 2 thousand watt amps 2 600 watt amps and 2 500x4 amps alpine and ppi. All from used cars from local bmw dealer $300. Thats all for now. More to come.

A little of what the trunk will look like. Still have a long way to go but this is a rough idea of my plan

thanks bro. I definately didn't know that if you could give me a little bit more detail of who I should go to that would be great. I definately did not know that I could use BMW parts especially the lights for my T-Bird The panel lights aren't as bad and aren't my main concern it's really just the lights behind the odometer because they're pretty dim and I have no clue of how to replace them and if it's a DIY type of job or who I would go to to get it professionally replaced. Let me know.

lol ok since you promised not to mess up your perfect bird all for me lol anyways the dash of my old 95 was done by spray can but i know that center consul in the darker blue i did the second time around does look like i hit it with a gun it did look nice until my Boxer jumped her ass in the car cause she loves birds too and wanted to go down to the lake with me she and her big claws scratched the shit out of it but i dont have the car anymore unfortunately but i was just like you i didnt like birds untill i got my 94 it was in mint condition two i kinda feel bad for everything i put it through but it made me a bigger fan and i learned how to work on cars with it and it showed me allot so its not a total loss an i will keep the memory alive in my 94
