History:
I recently purchased the car for $1750 with only 148,000 KM on it, which is just under 90,000 miles. This is crazy low mileage for this old of a car, so I found this to be a steal. the car has a stock ripple bend 1.75" exhaust, so that needs to be swapped out for a 2" mandrel bent exhaust. i'm going to put in a glasspack just behind the catalytic converter, and put on a 2.5" outlet high flow muffler, which should give it a pretty deep sound for a 1.6L. It handles wonderfully with better stock suspension than the other b12 models, and though it's not the most powerful engine, with only a 2000lb body, it's got alot of pull. A lot faster than my '89 mazda b2200 5spd truck. That thing is a slug hah.

Update: Luckily some EuroCams popped up so I just ordered mine! it'll be good to have the most significant bolt-on part at my disposal. supposedly good for 20hp at the flywheel, as rated by Nissan.

I didn't like the accordian style shift boot that came with the car originally, so i found a leather shift boot that worked! check out the cosmetic page for info.

So this came with the base option AM/FM stereo. No tape deck even haha. I bought a sony CD deck, and it does me just fine :).

You can see there that I've added a Front Strut tower bar. it helps a bit with body roll. Also added a nismo oil cap. looks a lot nicer than the original plastic cap, and still has the proper rubber seal on the bottom.

Got a couple updates on this page. Did a couple things before I start on the SC.

Those gauges are the shit! And the custom bezel is awesome! But what are you gonna do with your random junk and change now? ;) Seriously though, good work. You put them in the perfect spot and not sticking way up above your dash so everyone can see you have gauges. It's a classy spot. I just did the valve cover on the SC and have been getting it ready for paint. Decided to take it down to the metal for a clean slate. It's been lots of work but it'll be worth it. I'll get pics up soon. Looks like I pulled it up from the bottom of a lake right now. Metal, spots of orange, black, light grey primer, dark grey primer. Like a mental patient tried to paint it camouflage! It's hilarious looking.

Dude, I had a bad feeling about the trim on my car and finally decided to go ahead and take it off after debating it for months. It's a good thing I did because I found 4 huge rust spots underneath that had eaten all the way through. Another season and it would have done some real damage. I'm going to fill in the mount holes before I paint and just keep it off. It will actually look pretty good, I think. Check this one spot out. The other 3 are just as bad if not worse. http://i401.photobucket.com/albums/pp92/spitrod/nissan031.jpg

Hell yeah! Hah! I was actually really surprised at how quick and powerful this little D15B7 is. It was obviously very well taken care of because it has the new-car-test-drive-power..and when I had the valve cover off, I couldn't believe how clean the engine was inside. It was unreal! I had the D16Z6 in my last one and I'm honestly more impressed with this engine. No shit. A decent header would be awesome. After I put some more miles on it and it wins my trust in the reliability department, I may look into cams and some other shit. Then, once it starts to feel old, I'm seriously going for the boost with a swap. Oh, that short shifter is sweeeet! Looks so bad ass. I had that same problem with those Miata wheels a while back. I went through a bunch of serious air tool grinding stones before I gave up. Some tough aluminum, I tell ya. Those wheels you have are totally worth the work, though. And I'm sure they'll be easier to work with.
