fiesta_54's 1980 Ford Fiesta Midlothian, VA - 6That picture is of my 1980 ford fiesta. I just turned 16 and got my drivers liscense so I am new to this whole car thing. If anyone has any sugestions or tips I would be glad to hear them. Anyway, I have a 1980 Ford Fiesta I have been working on. I just finished all the body work and only had to change the coil to make it run. These cars are tough. Its been sitting in a parking lot for 5 years. However, this car used to be an ITC car, but I am going to use it for the street. I went to my local junk yard and threw in some decent seats. Didnt want to ride around in a racing seat all day. I will be auto crossing in the vmsc. Right now, the entire interior is stripped out except for the seats and dash. I thought about putting in a sound system, but I dont think ill be able to hear it (heh heh heh). Ive got this crazy side exhaust system, the neighbors are going to hate me. Again, please leave any tips or comments.

I grew up in Culpeper, Va. and had a 1979 Fiesta, one tough car! Car ran even after an engine fire and head damage! These really are great sleepers and scca cars. The blocks are the same as formula fords and many parts will crossover. When I was in the service stationed in Germany, my girlfriend had the same 1979 Fiesta, that I (even the same color). Drove on the autobahn all the time, 110+mph.

Nice Fiesta. What kind of engine/suspension mods does it have? Original 1.6 Kent? What size/type wheels/tires are those? Is that the original color? If you want to sell it email me, I've been looking to buy one of these.
