Ever since car companies began manufacturing orange cars several years ago, I planned on getting one in that color someday, but I got this '06 Chevy Cobalt SS a lot sooner than I expected. A local dealer had it on the lot for over a year, and my dad kept going to look at it, which made me want it more. I had no idea he was planning on getting it for me as a year-early college graduation gift. It was practically new and never owned. Executives in Detroit drove it as an event car when it was first released in late '05, so it had about 5000 miles on it. It was too good of a deal to pass up and I knew I had to have it before it was gone. I never expected to get an SS though, complete with Pioneer sound system, XM radio, CD player, OnStar and other safety features, cruise control, leather steering wheel, 17" aluminum rally wheels, and more. And I got all this just in time for Christmas! More pics to come...
