I bought Bonnie in the summer of 2008 for a weekend warrior and a show truck. I already had Outlaw as my daily and off road truck. I didn't do any modification to Bonnie right off other than get new tires. I went and purchased some 35x12.5 15 Dunlop Mud Rover Radials. Shortly after that in October 2008 her motor blew on me. I had only had her six months. Turns out the shop that built her motor installed an incorrect torque converter and caused the crankshaft to chew the block to nothing. The pistions had damage with unknown causes. We back-tracked and found out the motor that was put in, which was supposed to be a brand new crate 331 stroker, was infact a well worn drag motor. It was a 331, but in no way new. Bonnie's heart shortly before it blew. Doesn't look impressive, but indeed it was.
