I got it in July of 2007
One of my dream was to own a turbo car...It came true! I love this car. Its fast, sexy, and FUN to drive. My goals is to keep is livable and drivable. I want it to be a car that i can take to the track and have a blast with it, but yet civil in city street. I a believer in Lotus philosophy in light weight sport car. Base on that idea, i will build this car to be a well balance sport car. Many people say that performance and reliability is a counter balance, i strongly disagree with that. With technical knowledge, proper tuning and quality parts you can have the best of both world. So my journey begin...
Update 8/20/08
Update: 9/5/08
I been plaq with steering shimmying and massive bumpsteer. After many sleepless nigth it came to be that the car geomery might be off because i lower her too low. So i raised her up to Tein reference spec and the bump steer is reduce to 80% and the steering shimmy is 80% reduce. WOW!!!...took me long enough to figure it out! Im once again in love with the car!

Cant believer that i will be done with nursing school in a few days! wow, its been a wild journey.
OK BIG UPDATE!
...the car is almost where i want it to be. Its been running well. I been playing with the boost controller a lot to get the car dial in to the right boost. One minor problem im having is boost creep. If i floor it in 4th gear the boost can ceep up to 2psi. That is not much but still its creeping. Im planning on getting the timing belt and water pump change after i get some money.
I will be at an autoX practice event this Sat. 5/2/09, so im really look forward to that. Sophia is going to scream like no other before! Also really looking forward to that. haha. Ill post up a video of that pretty soon!
The Azenis is almost near its end. Im thinking of replacing it with the Dunlop spec star. Hear some really great things about those tires.
Oh almost forgot. I tired out the porterfield R4 brake pads. WOW carbon pads are the shit! it stop like no other. Unfortunatly it was too agressive for daily driving and it eat up my rotor hard. so i switch out to Porterfield R4S. Not as crazy as the R4, but it is duable. Looking forward to this Sat. to really test it out.
I also sign up for the May 29 event with MR2OC. Thats going to be really exciting with all the MR2 running!
Thats right battery, i been having problem for a while now with the autostart not working. I notice the battery been dying off on me too. I did not drive the car for one day when i was down in SD and came back, the battery was nearly dead. I could not start the car. I think i need to replace it. I had my mine on the Buddy Club Racing Battery . If I get that i have to modifield the bracket to keep it from moving around during racing.
