Project '04 A-Spec "TSX"
Our project A-Spec car was purchased as a Certified Pre-Owned Acura from a dealer near Cleveland, OH in late 2004. Our TSX was titled in May 2004 to the dealer and served 6000mi of service in the dealer loaner fleet before becoming our new "used" car.
It is a base model non-Navi 2004 Automatic Sport-Shift TSX. The exterior is Meteor Silver Metallic (an '04 only color). The interior is slate grey leather. You can tell this is an '04 model as it is missing the XM antenna knub on the roof added for the '05 model year.
It has served my wife well as her daily driver for the last four years; but now, the TSX will get the modifications I have always wanted. My wife now has a much nicer brand new 2008 Acura RDX-TECH for daily use.
<Another November 2008 update --->
As I said in the last update, I had a modification under the hood planned. Well here it is. An AEM SRI for the TSX. The AEM finally adds a bit of power modification for the looks and handling the A-Spec kit added to the car.

From idle to about 3500 RPM the car sounds stock, but from there on out it ends. The intake adds a very deep growl that is very nice indeed. If you didn't notice the car was a modified TSX thanks to the A-spec package the sound will finally clue you in.
The intake was a great deal for me. I purchased it second hand from a seller in one of the popular online forums that was parting-out his TSX. As you can see this unit was in very nice shape.
Fit is OK; not perfect, but fine since I purchased this used. None of my past AEM intakes ever fit 100% perfect.
<Update November 2008 --->
Can you believe it is November already? The first flakes of snow are now in the air so the TSX is wearing the Original OEM rims again, but they are wrapped in Dunlop Winter Sport SP M3 tires in the OE rated 215/50/17 XL size. I think the car looks very good despite the downsize in tire from my much wider 235-45-17 summer tires in all of the photos below. Also just in time for winter a fresh set of Rain-X latitude wiper blades, we'll see if they live up to the hype.

Also to come soon with photos soon; hopefully, will be the first under-hood modification to this TSX. OK, not the first but clearly more meaningful then the replacement Duralast Gold battery that replaced the dead original 4 year old Panasonic battery this past July.
More pics shortly.
